What is Oxytocin - Part 1
What Is Oxytocin – part 1: Oxytocin is a hormone produced in the brain. It helps with uterine contractions during delivery, as well as breast milk production and let-down during breastfeeding. It also plays a role in facial cue recognition, anxiety, fear and trust issues. Research has shown it can be beneficial in autism.
